The doctor, nurse, dentist and audiometrician carry out routine checks on Primary 1 and 2 children. If any problems are detected by any of these specialists, the parent will be informed.
If your child uses an asthma inhaler please give us written confirmation of this with clear instructions as to how and when your child will need to use it. An inhaler should then be brought to school, named and dated. Inhalers will then be kept in the classroom in an accessible place. Please remember the use of the inhaler will be your child's responsibility. If we are concerned about your child we will contact you at once.
