HOMEWORK
The main homework focus will be on reading. Children will have formal homework in reading on a regular basis.
Children will be provided with a reading diary which can also be used as a home-school link. From time to time the teacher may wish to comment on the child's progress within any of the curricular or social areas. Each child will be given a plastic folder to hold their reading book, reading diary, lunch ticket and any communications from school.
Children must bring their reading books to school every day as these books are used as reference for their language work.
